Refund not done!!!
I am still waiting for a refund since May.At this point Travelwings is just outright ignoring my emails.I was told to wait 30 days for the refund, it is past 90 DAYS.I booked my flight through your travel agency because I trusted your agency, yet I am being ********** by your company.It is no longer Kulula's responsibility to refund me .It is Travelwings responsibility to refund me because I booked my flight via Your site.I expect some kind of communication from your agency ASAP!!
