Ravi - Good at what he is doing! Great help!

I have had a very bad experience booking online through cheapflights, and every time that I have made a booking, it took me to Travelwings from where I made the booking. Three times that the booking failed - BUT every time I got the refund back the same day except the last time. I have made contact with them and Ravi made contact with me via messenger, whatsapp and called me personally. He traced my booking, the money and everything. My booking was finalized and all problems sorted. Thank you Ravi, you made the process run so smoothly. You are really an angel in disguise.
