Pleasantly positive
It seems to be quite a common fact that the phone lines are just a mess. I felt very despondent. Eventually I got through to Arsh and he was very professional, helpful and has a clear English accent this helped alot with my booking. Thanks to Arsh my opinion went from very negative to pleasantly positive.
