Pathetic Service

I'm really not happy with Travelwings. I made a special error on my booking instead of Ruramai I said Rurami I called your agents on Friday in less than 24 of booking they said the error will be fixed for a fee I said ok they kept updating me saying they have send my details to Emirates for spelling error I was also calling them they said the issue will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours that was Sunday I also called them Tuesday they said they will get back to me today Wednesday telling me it won't be fixed on time i should cancel my ticket and rebook also refund will take 30days I'm in South Africa and supposed to be travelling on the 15 May I do not have more money to rebook and there is no one to manage my account once I'm out of the country so what am I supposed to do only one day left for me to travel and they tell me I should cancel my booking and rebook
