It is easy to navigate around the website. I was able to get ahold of travel assistance quickly, via phone call and WhatsApp. I was assisted by Varsha- a Travel Expert. She was efficient in how she addressed the difficulties I was having, professional and polite throughout our interaction. I was put at ease because of how seamlessly everything flowed. From booking my tickets on the website, to enquiring about how to get my e-tickets. Varsha just sent my e-ticket to me via WhatsApp, which helped a lot. I didn't need to try to locate it on my own which simplified things for me. Overall, a great experience.
