Not Trustworthy
Not trustworthy. Be careful when you make your booking as I noticed that the dates jump all over and if you don't pay attention you end up with a completely wrong date than what you would have selected. This happened to me on the 24th of January. When I called them, and I asked them to change my flights to the correct dates I was given a rate that was 3x more than the going rate. I then asked for a cancellation which was granted at cost with the promise that I would be refunded the balance in 3 weeks times. When I followed up I got the excuse that the lack of refund was due to a bank error.
I only got my refund end of May after I threatened them with a bad review and challenged the continuous bank error.
