The feedback is not true; There was no resolution fond but to cancel the ticket and I called their customer services this morning. I have requested more than 9 times via emails to provide proof of cancellation to date did not receive anything yet although the agent promise me. I believe this should be reported to all authorities in the aviation/travel business. In short, I had to purchase another ticket , now they offer to change the name on the ticket but too late.
