I think they are new (at least in RSA)

I think they are new (at least in RSA). I used them twice over the last 10 days. I was scared they might be ****. To my surprise they have real people dealing with customer queries via WhatsApp. Real human beings! Great customer service. I actually made a mistake and booked a Friday morning flight when I thought I was looking for a Saturday morning flight. Spoke to Varsha via WhatsApp. Varsha cancelled my incorrect flight, gave me some options for a similar priced replacement, and I was sorted in less than 20 minites. Brilliant!!!
