Hidden fees
Why are you so dishonest? Why not upfront with your full amount? Why do you have to sneak in an additional "convenience fee" that is not visible to the client until you get to the credit card confirmation? This is not good business practice. It might only be R35 but it is the principle of the thing.
I hope never to have to use your service again.

31 May 2023, 20:48I got a call from Yaz this afternoon. He acknowledged and apologised that the "convenience fee" is not shown before you go to the payment page. Apparently this is the 2,5% transaction fee they must pay to an intermediary. He undertook to take this up with the relevant people in the company. I appreciated the call. Thank you Yaz.
