There were issues with my ticket after I tried to upgrade it, and Qatar canceled my flight. I called Travel Wings as my agent to try recover my initial booking and they said they will contact the airline and get back to me within 24-48 Hours. Indeed, theu got back to me and explained that I had to pay a penalty. I am so happy with the assistance I received from the team but more especially from Anchal Zinta. She was so calm and explained everything thoroughly. She called me back when she had to and gave me all the details I required. A 10/10 experience.
