I am so angry when i call them to help me with my booking.call center agent told me to call back in 1 hour but ddnt get.then i call again to tell them how they treat customer..when i call again then i get connected with agent ANITA THAKOR.she not just convience to accept apology but the way she help me is win my heart and feel that she is only star at travelwings call centre..thanks ANITA to help me and convience me to remain custemer of travelwings..i even recomendet that if you need help from travelwings and you call to call centre than just ask to connect to ANITA THAKOR to help you..
