28 Oct 2022, 18:38I should add that while their call centre staff are great the website itself is very misleading. I booked a flight and while waiting to pay, the flight was simply removed from my cart because the flight went up by a R1000 within a few minutes. I went back to the site again and accidentally booked the wrong flight which was what led to the interaction with the call centre agent. Very misleading and really not acceptable the way their website works. Will never use this website again
