Good service!

I booked flight tickets with Travelwings, and payment went through. But a few minutes later, received an email advising that my flight booking cancelled. What was impressive was that,Abishek an agent called few minutes thereafter asking if he could book another flight or would I prefer a refund. After failing to secure an alternative flight. He understook to facilitate refund and it was done in 5x days.
