Glitchy booking system

I used this service for the first time. When linking me from the travelwings.com site to the airline handling the actual flight the fields on the airline's web site appeared to be conveniently pre-populated based on the info I had captured on the travelwings.com website. I went ahead and booked, however the flight date changed somewhere during the process. Travelwings.com could not help me to fix this and told me to contact the airline directly. I did so and paid a penalty to have this system glitch corrected. When trying to confirm the return flight's details all of the info I had originally captured was gone, none of it had been copied to the airline's web site and I had to start again. Given that I had to recapture the info on the airline's actual website the details were captured correctly and did not change between travelwings.com and the airline.
