Friendly and helpful service

I needed to change bookings for my parents traveling to Aus as their visas didn't come through in time for their travel. RAVI helped me with great understanding and patience to find possible new flights in case the visas came through before 31st March so they could make the 1st wedding on 2nd April. Two of our boys are getting married and we're just so desperate that their grandparents would be able to come. But with no indication of when the visas would be granted it complicates matters if one has no clue as to when! RAVI haf lost of patience and he searched through all possible options to find me the best solution and price for the swap of dates. Thank you RAVI, friendly and very helpful. :-)
