Flight booking

I just made a booking for my flight from JHB to DBN, my last minute booking almost got me in serous trouble as all airlines were fully booked. i got to Travelwings website and initiated a booking which landed me to SAA flight. after completing my booking i got a massage stating that my booking failed, in a state of panic i phoned Travelwing a very caring lady called Varsha, told me to calm down as she was going to make sure that, i get the same booking on the same flight. What a good customer service. She took her time and constantly reassuring me that everything would be fine. Thank you so much Varsha, you are a very good example of what customer service entails. Thank you for your patience with me.
