False advertising of flight prices
I made a booking on 11 April 2024 for travel to Kimberley on 12 April 2024 and return on 14 April. I made a payment and it went through, however I didn't get a confirmation but a notification that the booking is declined because the flight is not available. They had the audacity to then try and sell me a flight that is R1 500 more.
I have requested a refund which they say will take 24 - 48 hrs yet I need that money to make alternative travel arrangments. Travel wings stole my money in my view and thought I would pay an additional amount for another flight.
I need my refund otherwise I'm missing an important event in my life because of their false advertising.
