Failure to make refunds
Travelwings.com are certain ****mers. Should you cancel a flight, at a cost, they "continuously fail" to get the email to you with a payment link. It doesn't make sense anyway that a payment has to be made to activate the cancellation as they already have your money, why don't they just deduct it it? Failing to send you the payment link then "absolves" them as you did not (and could not) pay the activation fee. Let's see if I can get my ZAR 30K out of them. If I don't, I will contact every airline and report their ****, requesting they all kick Travelwings out the street which is where they belong..
