people do not book with this people ! I booked and they took my money and immidiately send me email saying my booking was unsuccesful ! i phoned them several times without answering and eventually a guy by name of Ajay Parmar answer the phone and told me that they have received my money but price went up ! I asked for refund but nothing yet ! He said he escalated the matter to his supervisor but nobody yet phoned me ! I think this is ***** and going to report the matter to Police because i can see this is there modus operandi

11 Sept 2024, 13:46Musqan a lady from Travelwing phoned me and ask me to remove my public comment because my refund has been done and i must check on my bankstatement ! Nothing reflects on my bankstatement ! She send me proof of payment that means nothing because the proof of payment must show succesfully paid ! So i still dont trust them ! I phoned the Bank and they say o refund was done so my case is with disputes at Absa and if we suspect any ***** i am still going to make ******** case against Travelwing

12 Sept 2024, 09:11Travelwing did reply back saying my money has been refunded although it does not show in my account and the fine script say 10 workings day which is ridicilous and even if you go on their website you can still make the same booking for same price through SaFAIR ! why dont travelwing stop their false adveri*****t

The supervisor phoned me now and told me that my refund has been done and that i must have look on my account ! He was holding and i openend my account and still there was nothing in my bank account ! Then he said i must wait another 24 hours then ift will reflect ! Lies ! Lies ! Lies Then he told me the matter is completly now out of his hands , They so full of excusess ! Do not trust them and do not buy any tickets from them ! They do not even have customer call no it is only landline and it cost you a lot . If ever they pay me back it looks like it will be done through court decision ! will keep you up to date ! my phone nr *** if you want more detail !
