OK, so after a very rocky start trying to call the contact center (agents don't speak, dont' answer when you try and communicate) I accessed the webchat and connected to Varsha, what a wonderful, absolutely patient individual. I could ask her a thousand questions and she took the time out to answer my questions and assist patiently with my flight booking change.
