Emirates flight change by the airline

I had a problem where Emirates had changed my flight to much later and I would have missed a connecting transfer. I called into the contact centre and Mr Sahil was excellent at assisting me in arranging another earlier departing flight so I could make my transfer. Great customer support. Thank you.
