Don't book with them
The worst mistake I did was to book with Travelwings.com.
I booked with them in April and unfortunately my uncle passed away, I tried to change flight dates and submitted proof as requested but they couldn't help me they then said they'll give me a partial refund.
The refund application was lodged in April but I haven't received anything even today. Whenever I call they say the problem is with the Airline and when I call SAA they say Travelwings should refund me.
I called them a few weeks back and they said I should expect the money for one of the tickets in 2 weeks it's almost 4 weeks still nothing.
If you want a headache go ahead and book with them.
