Do not work through Travelwings
This is probably the worst service I have ever received. I made a booking through Travelwings back in December. I unfortunately had to cancel my flight. This proved rather difficult and everyone at Travelwings gave me a different refund value. Finally they informed me that I would be getting 50% of my flight ticket back. This has been over two months ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I have found countless of times and every time they give me a different answer as to why I have not received my money back. The staff is also extremely difficult to understand and the telephone line is bad.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRAVELWINGS!!!!
