Crime syndicate posing as travel agent
Had to postpone our flights due to a medical emergency. At first they were very efficient and quoted us a variety of penalties amounting to R2828. In writing. When we accepted these, the cost suddenly shot up to R32, 204. No amount of reasoning could get them to honour the written quotation. We ended up having to cancel everything as the cost of rhe change far outweighed the cost of new tickets. However....the clincher.....we have to wait 30 working days for the refund. Sadly I doubt we'll ever see our money again judging by the ridiculously ********* behavior of this ******** organization thus far. Avoid at all costs

on 7 March we were informed the penalty for a cancelation is R3000. We agreed. Overnight it went up to R3560, or 18%.
The morning of 8 March we were informed in writing:
Bhupender: Refund amount would be ZAR 18360 approx.
2 hours later we receive a phone call that only R13,000 will be refunded.
How this ******** syndicate can be allowed to operate is a mystery.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
on 7 March we were informed the penalty for a cancelation is R3000. We agreed. Overnight it went up to R3560, or 18%.

Please rest assured that we do not intend to charge any unreasonable charges to our customers as we value every spend they make. The only reason it got changed at such a short notice is because flight fares are dynamic in nature.
