Cancellation policy or Rebooking
I bought a ticket for R1 023.00 and when I found I won't make it anymore,I tried to push the booking to the following month they said I must pay a difference of R1 500. I tried again to push it 6month down the line they still said I must pay R1 500. I tried to cancel completely and get the refund they said my ticket is non refundable. Well I don't know..I'm really disappointed with this urgency.
