Bad service

These people are a joke. multiple failed attempts to make booking, when you contact them the price suddenly jumps 4000 rand. Once a booking has been made and paid for, and confirmed, they suddenly say it failed.... as yet no refund. DON'T USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT, THEY ARE A *****!!!!
