Bad Aftersales service
My 1st time dealing with Travelwings and made a booking turned out to be a disaster, for some reason the system booked my ticket on my Nickname instead of my name as per my ID. In contacting them to change it, I was told that I need to contact the airline and pay another R690 in order to change my OWN name?? I will not likely use Travelwings again as my experience is that they have bad after sales service.
