Advertises cheap rate - can't offer it

I read all the terrible reviews, but decided to take a chance anyway to try book a flight from JNB to CPT. I checked Skyscanner first for flights, and it indicated 9 different flights offered by Travel Wings for almost half the price compared to all other agencies and airlines (this was the first red flag). Instead of booking online, I decided to rather send an email so that an agent from Travel Wings could make the booking for me. The agent confirmed a much higher rate for the flight. This agency deceives clients by showcasing cheap flight rates but not being able to actually offer that cheap rate, and this is how people get caught. Luckily I made no booking online, and no booking with the agency via email. Their approach is misleading and I cannot support an agent who operates like this. They have all the excuses under the sun as to why they advertise a cheap rate but can't actually offer it. Never make a booking with them online - always make it directly with the agent via email to avoid any issues.
