Absurd Service
I am truly astonished by the service and lack thereof received from Airlink and Travel Wings. I am also astounded by the lack of information and advice provided when a problem was reported. I requested for a name to be spelt correctly - From Louis to Lewis - and Airlink and Travel wings are charging a fee of R700.00 just to do a basic name change - that is absolutely absurd. After spending R8000 for a flight ticket to pay an additional R700 just to correct spelling is ridiculous. This is ******ing clients. and if that is the case I would highly recommend that other airlines be used rather than Airlink and Travel Wings.
I refuse to pay this fee - I will take this up with the Consumer Arbitrator

We hope that you will understand that there are some processes and procedures that need to be followed in cases of name corrections on confirmed reservations, and the travel agency has no right to amend the name once the ticket has been issued. Trust us that we are not intending to charge you an unfair amount, but we have to follow the regulations of the airline to prevent any inconvenience to the passenger.
