I purchased a ticket for a flight today and the transaction was deducted from my account, I then received an email stating that my booking had failed. I immediately contacted Travelwings customer care line, and was assisted by Akshay, whom called be back due to a weak reception on our phone call. He assisted me to rebook the flight and emailed me a booking confirmation. All was sorted within 20 mintues of my call.
