So I have bought a ticket from swedish site (travelstart.se) where I am leaving, and I have paid extra and bought "Avbästälningguarante" service from them which says, you can cancel your flight without any reason up to four hours before flight. Now when I call to cancel, Swedish speaking support does not answer, they have no email to contact them. and english support does not have enough knowledge and tell me I can not cancel unless I am sick. Though it is clearly mentioned in their terms on condition that I can. but as all pages is in swedish they use translate and do not understand. I have print screens, links and every proof needed, though could not attach it here If you even use google translate, you can understand that.
