Travelmonster is a **** company threy ***** your money

I booked a ticket with Travelmonster to fly KLM.I never received a booking confirmation so got suspicious. On reading their Trust Pilot reviews I realised my mistake and immediately cancelled my booking. After 3 days of trying to contact them. Non of their phone numbers are real. The emailed me to say there would be no refund. I contacted the airline KLM and was told that a booking was necer made. How do I get my money back. This is a **** company.
