Poor service
I have been sending emails telling you that I lost my phone and I can't log in my email account I used to book for the guest house.. And I would like to change the email address so that I can pay the outstanding balance but it's seems like no one is giving me attention, I even called you on Tuesday. They said they will said an sms on new phone numbers and email on the email address I'm still waiting for them.
