We rented a holiday apartment through Travelground in Sept 2019 on Diaz Beach - apartment name De Valle 60. The location and view was great, but the apartment was very sub standard for the tariff of 2000.00 p/day. The overall cleanliness lacked, bathrooms outdated, beds bad quality. We were not informed beforehand that there is NO daily cleaning service. Only 1 set of towels given for the duration of stay. Apartment had to be cleaned (cleaning of dishes included) before departure otherwise money will be deducted from deposit. Vacuum cleaner dirty, couldn't use. No cleaning material to do cleaning. we have put a review on Travelground. Letting agent apologised, but no other feedback.

Please note that no daily cleaning service was advertised and as such would not be included. We have taken note of the cleaning requirements and we will ensure that this is added to the properties listing to ensure guest are aware of this before booking.
