Incorrect Pricing advertised
I booked a place in August through travelground and spoke to Lauren 34 Stella Maris TG-2WJ38J ,paid the deposit to secure the place and now end of October I am told that the amount quoted was incorrect .Lauren said she would help find other accommodation,but the prices are too high compared to what I initially budgeted on.Some of the places are far from Amanzimtoti and I cannot accept this as it is far off and as a family we booked in and around Amanzimtoti so we can get together during the day.I am very disappointed in the service.This was false advertising and i cannot be responsible for this.I need a place to be booked and if theres a difference to be paid ,Travelground has to pay this due to their negligence.

I do apologise for the booking experience you have thus far. I want to assure you that if you are quoted a rate on our system and you have paid for that rate, the booking must be honoured by the establishment. Owners are responsible for sending quotes and the owner of 34 Stella Maris agreed to a specific rate when she sent you the quotation, we will from our side ensure that the rate is honoured and that everything is resolved before the end of the day.
