HORROR

I've never been this disappointed in my entire life of going on trips. I booked so effeciently with Travelground, I asked about transport in the area. My booking reminder was sent at 10:17am on Friday the 19th of March. We arrived at Aksante Lodge on Saturday the 20th only to be shocked for life. They told us the Lodge has been sold and the new owners charge more than twice the amount per night. We called Denis Auckalay formally known as the owner, he claimed "it skipped his mind"... Travelground found us another place on the other side which had no amneties nearby and there was no transport. Had Travelground notified us about the sale we would've booked elsewhere in due time. We'd have driven there but we thought it would be nice to be driven around in a foreign place. Aksante Lodge said they had a 24/7 driver they could hook us up with. We didn't get to go out at night or go sight seeing. Getting around was extremely hard, we ended up in a Motel with no fridge, a shower with no head, no self catering facility except for a braai place and swimming pool(dirty). Our long weekend which we planned so well turned into a really terrible experience. I'm so disappointed, I can't even get over it. I spent thousands on that trip
