I recently booked accommodation via Travelground and was really happy with the service received from Travelground and the booking agent Chantell. My request had to be extended, which was attended to promptly and the liason between myself and the accommodation supplier was handled seamlessly by Travelground. I like and trust dealing with Travelground for bookings because what you see on their website, is what you get.
