FALSE ADVERTISING AND NO FEEDBACK

We Booked accommodation for December under the advertisment that offered DSTV as well as them supplying towels. When we arrived there were no towels that we actually went and bought towels and there was no DSTV only ETV which is a joke. 1 Day of our stay there was no electricity for a full day and then the very next day there was no water that I actually went to fill a container from the pool just so my prgnant wife can use the toilet. I have brought this up with Pearl I never once received an apology but was was cc'd in her mail where she just forwarded my mail saying to Country Lodge inn to respond to my complaints. I then called the manager and was told she will get back to me tomorrow afternoon the latest with some feedback and still nothing. They do not take client feedback serious and do not know what standard they are selling. I have sent various mails and phone calls and just do not get response. Client feedback and complaints is completely looked over.
