Watch Out For Travel Agency ****: Travelgenio.Com

Here is a travel agency company that has all signs of a ****. It appears that they **** me for the flight ticket I purchased on 2 June with booking ID: ***8. I booked the flight on cheapflights.com (as most of my flights). Then, on the 8 June they informed me that the airline, Maroc Air, made changes to the flight, then on the 9 June the flight was canceled with new proposed dates and a guarantee for full refund if the new date do not suit me. When I requested a full refund, I was then told I can't get it, but I can keep the flight open for a year but I need to pay EUR 30 to keep it available. I have told them about a week ago that after consulting with the airline, they asked that I request TravelGenio to initiate the cancellation and full refund, but since then, the travel agency went AWOL, no more reply to my emails and their website seems to be magically offline.

Does anyone knows where to report this? Or what sort of step I can take to get my money back?
