Travelgenio is a ****

I read the reviews now, and found out I’m not the only victim of this company. The worst experience ever, they ****med me for over ($500) as I was trying to purchase a ticket. After I followed all the instructions on the website, the website showed me a message that (the payment wasn’t approved, and the ticket is no longer available) So I decided to book my ticket with Expedia, who responds instantly, and that was it. Next day, I found that Travelgenio charged me for the ticket (that was no longer available)

I went to their website and tried to reach out and there was no phone number for the customer service note an email, just a box that you can write a question on! I send them my request to refund the money and cancel the booking if any, they responded 7 DAYS LATER, saying that the booking was confirmed and a refund can’t be made! After more than 20 emails and back and forth with them there’s absolutely nothing useful and no way to resolve this. I ended up getting a refund of the tax only which is ($24) instead of ($511) What a ****?!

Don’t ever trust this company, the website is the worst ever, the customer service is the worst ever!
