TRAVELGENIO DISGUSTING SERVICE

Travelgenio is the worst online travelagency I have used to date. My flight for the 6th of July to London was canceled due to covid19, I recieved a computer generated response from them saying that my refund was being processed and they there giving priority to upcoming flights, it's now more than a week after my flight was suppose to take place and I cannot get ahold any of any of there agents and nobody responds to my emails. They are *******. STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELGENIO.
