Stay away from Travelgegio.. ****!!!!!!!

Hi, I booked a flight on 12 November 2021 for one of my employees (Richard Hamadziripi) and received a payment and booking confirmation. Later I received an email requesting payment for and additional R1118.88 because the seat that I booked was not available anymore.

This is not acceptable as I have made my booking and successfully paid for it.

There contact details are not available on their website and when trying to send an email to *** I keep getting a link referring me to the website. I also found contact numbers and the first time I tried to call internationally I had to hold for 13 minutes with no luck, second time it was 20 min and I just tried to call again and had to hold for 27min without getting hold of anyone.
