********** Travelgenio claims that they refunded but they never did!!! **********

I bought a ticket from Brazil to SA in a November with Travelgenio, had to cancel cause my flight to Brazil from SA was cancelled (another travel agent) during the Omicron breakout. SA was banned from travelling and flights were cancelled. I got my refund from the other travel agent but to date I haven’t received my refund from Travelgenio. There’s no way of contacting them. When you send an email you get an auto response, or an email telling you to go to “my trips”. But still nothing you can do from the “my trips” section. All I saw was that the refund was said to be successful. But I never received any refund. I have sent several emails to prove by requesting to send them my bank statement so that they can see I haven’t received my money. Where is the proof that they sent my money back. If I used online card details then the money should’ve reflected a long time ago if that’s what they use to refund. It’s now 4 months I want my money!!!! You already advised on cancellation how much the penalties would be which I accepted but that about R15000 of the refund. It is a lot of money. Do not ever book with this travel agent again they are a *****. Where is the proof of payment. When the other travel agent refunded me, they even sent an email to advise me of the refund. I never received any notification from Travelgenio whatsoever but I can’t even reach them. This is the biggest *****!!!! Do not buy any flights or anything else from Travelgenio. You will regret it
