I booked a flight via them and received incorrect dates and month to travel. they ignored my mails till i got my sister inlaw to call as she lives in the U.K and am in South Africa. I was told they have a non cancel policy which is bull dust as i paid extra for it and then i got hold of resolver and they contacted them now they think am silly enough to pay for there mistake to change the ticket to the correct dates. But research has shown this travel company is a ***** and are taking people money, I even called LAM airlines to confirm and was told they dont have such a booking.

They are getting away with ***** and *****ing.
