Xenophobic attitude at Travelex Polokwane central. Shop near Game stores

This in particular Ladies who work at Travelex foreign exchange shop in Polokwane central next to Game. They terrorise any foreigner who want to buy or sell foreign currency. They are xenophobic the demand unnecessary things including wanting to know one's bank balance. Why should they want my bank balance. Travelex should do something. Twice I went there and failed to receive a service because they are rough. When I go to other Travelex shops in the same town ie bendor I get good service. Please Travelex should discipline those ladies they are xenophobic. Why would they want my bank balance
