Unhelpful and unfriendly

Travelex Cape Gate. Incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The rude consultant Beauty Ngaba, has poor client services s****s. I was sent R250 from out of country. She refused to process the transaction because my second name did not appear on the form which was sent from out of country. I had proof of address and proof of identification which was correct but was turned away. This is now an incredible inconvenience for multiple parties over a very minor omittance. Will not be using or referring Travelex in the future. VERY UNHELPFUL.
