TRAVELEX BAYSIDE - DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never again!!!

The rudest, most unprofessional staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'm not sure how they were trained but surely raising your voice and shouting at a customer is not allowed in any business? Well ... clearly the staff at Bayside seem to think it's okay to do so.

First, they locked themselves out of the office portion of the business (don't ask ...), then I was shouted at by one of the staff members for my proof of residence, then she came back and said they couldn't make copies of the necessary documents at a photocopy business as they 'are not allowed to'. Apparently their printer / copier wasn't in working order. One excuse after another. Seriously?

Thoroughly disgusting attitudes from the staff.

Give them a skip if you can.
