Terrible service

Terrible service received from Travelx Mall of Africa every time we go there. Bongi topped the cake today with her stinky attitude and gossiping about us in vernac while we stood right in front of her. A quick withdrawal of money sent to us took 30 minutes with no communication from her as to what was going on. We stood there and hopelessness looked at her as she gave us no attention or the time of day. This is typical behavior from the ladies in the second window. The worst customer service and hate received from these ladies is very sad.
