Poor service and ****** at it best from Sizeka Mpongo & Tracey

On Friday 10 August i went to Tavelex Canal Walk to collect money that sent by my wife and it is not the first time collecting money.I renewed my Asylum permit on the 4th of August and after that i went to Tavelex Canal and collected my money easy.But on Friday i was being helped by Tracey & Sizeka Mpongo who humiliated me and told me my paper was **** as the line printed where not straight.They have a UV light but they did not bother to check the security features.I even asked them if they could confirm with the Home affairs but they refused they told me to go back to the Home affairs ,i even said i can go but put it in writing that you want Home affairs to do and they called security to chase me out.I had a sick 1 year old child that i was suppose to take to the doctor.Very disappointed.
