Bad attitude and falsely accuse customer

We went to go exchange currency from our travel card, we have traveled in September and managed to only change the money in December due to hectic <br> work schedule and only getting off now. Upon doing the request Thuliswa Mbalo accused us of speculating and was not very helpful, rude in fact. While standing there 2 other customers were also not treated well and left. We requested to see the manager Mr Ndlovu and he was not able or willing to come. This is very unprofessional as they are working with tourists as well and clearly don't enjoy the public. This is sad and a bad reflection on SA. Thank you Travelex for making travel so memorable?
